Instructions for installing and using Konnectify Product: Login Process: 1. Open your web browser and type "https://www.konnectify.co/" in the address bar. Press enter. 2. Click on the "Get Started" button. This will take you to the "User Sign Up" page. If you don't have an account, fill out the required fields such as Email, Password, Phone Number, and Organization Name. Then click on the "Get Started for Free" button to create a new login account. 3. If you have a Google or Microsoft account, click on the respective buttons to login through Google or Microsoft account. 4. If you already have an account, click on the "log in here" link. This will take you to the "User Log In" page. Enter your email address and password, and click the "Log In" button to sign in. 5. If you forget your password, click on the "Forget password?" link. Enter the email associated with your account, and click the "Get Link" button to reset your password. 6. You can also login with a Google or Microsoft account by clicking the respective buttons. 7. If you don't have an account, click on the "Get Registered" link to go to the "User Sign Up" page. Creating an App Account: 1. Once you are logged in, click on the "+ New" button in the top right corner of the webpage. 2. Click on the "New Account" option. 3. A new pop-up will appear titled "Please select the account to be added" with the app dropdown. Select any one app from the dropdown. 4. A new pop-up will appear with Account name, Base URL, and API Key field inputs. Fill out the required fields, and click the "Validate your account" button. 5. If validation is successful, the button will change to the "Save your account" button. Click on it to save your app account. 6. Your new app account will be created and listed in the "App Accounts" page. Creating a Konnector: 1. Click on the "+ New" button in the top right corner of the webpage. 2. Click on the "New Konnector" option. 3. You will be redirected to the "New Konnector" page. Edit the "Untitled" in the Konnector name column to enter the Konnector name. You can also edit the Konnector name by clicking the edit icon. 4. Under the Trigger section, there is a "Select App" dropdown. Choose any app that already has an app account from the "My App Accounts" or "All Apps" section. 5. Under the "Select Account" dropdown, choose any one app account for the trigger. If you haven't registered any app account related to the selected app, you can create a new app account by clicking the "Create account" link. Once the app account is selected, choose any one event in the "Select event" dropdown. 6. Click the "Trigger output fields" button to view the sample output fields that are already there. 7. Click the "Save Configuration" button to save the trigger configuration. 8. To add an action, click on the "+ Add action" button. The action card will be displayed. 9. There is a "Select App" dropdown. You can select "My App Accounts" or "All Apps" sections. Choose any app from the "Select App" dropdown. 10. Once it is selected, select any related account from the "Select Account" dropdown. 11.Then select any one event in the "Select Event" dropdown. 12. Select the event and perform field mapping for mandatory and optional fields using 'Source' or 'Fixed' values. 13. Once field mapping is complete, click 'Save' to save the action. 14. The trigger and action will be displayed in separate cards with options to edit or delete the action and edit the trigger. 15. To cancel the operation, click on the 'Cancel' button. 16. To save the Konnector, click on the 'Save' button. 17. Upon successful creation, a message stating 'Konnector created successfully' will appear. 18. The created Konnector will be displayed in the 'Konnectors' page. 19. To enable the Konnector, toggle the button provided and receive a 'Konnector is enabled' message. 20. To disable the Konnector, toggle the button provided and receive a 'Konnector is disabled' message. 21. Click on the three vertical dots to access the options to 'Edit' or 'Delete' the Konnector.
