Overview Add and update Lansweeper assets into Freshservice assets Description Add new Lansweeper assets into Freshservice assets and update properties of existing Lansweeper assets into Freshservice assets. A scheduler is created at the installation of the app which keeps the sync and updates the assets every 8 hours once. Instructions - Navigate to the Freshservice Admin dashboard. - Go to `Admin` > `Support Operations` > `Apps`. - Search for `Lansweeper Sync` and click Install. - In Next window, enter you `API Key`, `Domain name`, `Lansweeper API key` and `Lansweeper Site ID` - Click `Install` and your app is installed Following details are required for installation: 1) Freshservice API key and domain Name 2) Lansweeper API Token 3) Lansweeper Site ID for which sync should be done
