Installing Line powered by Engagely will allow you to :
- Provide 24x7 assistance to your customers and retailers to order products, get automated human-like support, etc., from Line
- Connect Line bot to Freshdesk for raising tickets.

1. Head over to Freshworks Marketplace and click the dropdown menu beneath 'Select Product'.
2. Choose Freshdesk from the given options.
3. In the "Search box" search for 'Line channel for Freshdesk powered by Engagely', simply click on the icon and hit install.
4. You would be redirected to https://showcase.engagely.ai/engagelylinebot/ which would provide a step by step guide.
5. Upon successful authentication on the app, you will be able to use the Line bot.
