It highlights warm paths into the account, such as mutual connections, past customers or colleagues, and new hires. This information is available directly in Freshsales, simplifying outreach and relationship building. Only users with Admin rights for Freshsales can install the app. For admins to install: 1 - Navigate to admin settings (Gear Icon) in your Freshsales account. 2 - Navigate to Marketplace. Tip: Search for "Marketplace" in Admin Settings search box. 3 - Search for "LinkedIn Sales Navigator" app in Marketplace and install the app. Once done, the LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration will be visible on any Contact and Account profile in your CRM. Each user needs to sign in to connect their individual LinkedIn Sales Navigator license with Freshsales.
