This app allows to log when a ticket change their status. You can define in which field do you prefer to save the datetime for each value of status field.
You can define if you want overwrite or not the datetime when a ticket changes their status to the one already registered.
Note: Only text and memo fields are available to save datetime
1.- Log in to Freshdesk portal and go to Admin -> Apps and search for "Log status changes" and click "Install"
2.- Fill all wizard required fields to finish the installation (see notes below).
3.- Upon successful installation, you should configure your specific rules
4.- Then each occasion that a ticket changes value of status field, you can see the datetime when changes occur
