1. Log in to your Freshdesk portal and go to Admin > Apps. 2. Search for Microsoft Teams. 3. Click on Install, enter your Microsoft Teams credentials, and complete the installation. 4. Once the Microsoft Teams app is installed, make sure every agent adds the Freshdesk app to their Microsoft Teams account.
