Installing the Monday Connecter app for your Freshdesk will let you handle all your items from the comfort of your helpdesk.
With the Monday Sync integration, you can:
- Select boards and create items directly within Freshdesk tickets.
- View item details conveniently.
- Update linked items directly within Freshdesk.
- Delete items in Monday.com directly from the app.
- Sync existing items to specific tickets.
- Unlink items that are not needed for a particular ticket.
Send private and public notes from Freshdesk to linked items on Monday.com as updates.

- Select the workspace for the integration to operate within.
- Choose fields for preview within the Freshdesk ticket details page.

After selecting our App from the marketplace you will be directly redirected the installation page.
Where you need to enter from Freshdesk:
- The main Freshdesk URL (xxxxxx.freshdesk.com) which can be found in your Browser URL bar.
Alternativly if it got customized you can find it in Freshdesk under Admin section ->Helpdesk settings -> Helpdesk URL
- An Account-Admin or Admin Freshdesk Agent API key - which can be found in your profilesettings (Top-Right in nearly every section in Freshdesk)
From Monday.com:
- A API Access Token from an Admin in Monday.com which can be genereated under the Profile (Top Right) -> Administration -> Connection -> API
