Changing from a one-star to a 4. Seems that the app had a bug in it affecting our use of this orchestration, after devs pushed out an update, this works great!

Fantastic integration that enables workflow automations. When a ticket is set to urgent, i fire an automation to the helpdesk. When a request needs approval, they get the notification through the teams automation. You even spin up a new chat from fresh service that links forever to the tool for easy auditing.
