Installing the “Non-Billable by default” app will make new time-sheet entry created for a Freshdesk ticket “Non-Billable” by default. With this app, any ticket that requires to be billed, will have to be done intentionally and you can prevent your agents from creating a billable time-entry by mistake.
Follow the steps below for installation: Go to Admin > Apps > Get More Apps > Agent Productivity > Search Non-Billable by default in Mint > Select Non-Billable by default > Click Install. App Uninstall: Go to Admin > Apps > Non-Billable by default in Mint> Uninstall.
