- Connect multiple Instagram accounts to your FreshDesk*
- Receive Instagram DMs and Post comments.
- Reply from Freshdesk with Text, Video, Files, Links, etc.
- Receive Story mentions and Story replies.
- Receive mentions from other posts.
- Handle Reel interactions via Freshdesk.

IMPORTANT: Make sure you do not have fields that are required to create a ticket.
- Convert your Instagram account into a Business account and connect it to a Facebook page.
- Fill in the form and press Continue with Facebook to grant required page access permissions.
- Enter your Freshdesk access token (from your admin user profile) and choose the Facebook page with a connected Instagram account.
- Click Install to complete installation.
