Features Outlook Actionable Messages: Add public or private notes to tickets. Update ticket details like status, priority, or agent assignment. Open tickets in Freshdesk directly from Outlook without switching platforms. Push to Outlook: Automatically forward tickets to agents' Outlook inboxes based on Dispatch’r or Observer rules. Keep agents informed without requiring manual updates. Benefits This integration combines the intelligence of Microsoft 365 with Freshdesk's capabilities, simplifying workflows and boosting team efficiency. Agents can provide faster resolutions by reducing context-switching between tools.
1. Login to your Freshdesk as Admin. 2. Go to Admin > Helpdesk Productivity > Apps. 3. Click on "Get More Apps". Search and select "Office 365 for Freshdesk". 4. Click Install.
