Stay on top of your tasks by integrating your Office 365 calendar with the one in your service desk. Integrating Office 365 with Freshservice will give you the following advantages:
- Details of tasks, changes, meetings and so on are synced and available to view within either Office 365 or Freshservice.
- You can also set reminders for service desk activities and receive push notifications on the Office 365 mobile app.
- Meetings can be scheduled or joined from right within a ticket, based on the available times of attendees as per their Office 365 calendars.

07/24 Unbelievable poorly written app. Works for a few weeks then you have to uninstall and re-install it as it no longer connects to the calendar etc. Extremely frustrating.
09/24 7 months down the track and still and utterly rubbish app. Continually have to remove and add for it to work every 2-3 months. I don't even know why they put it up on the apps page. If I could give it a minus rating I would.

Extremely useful app when it works. Like others mentioned it will stop working after a few weeks. I worked around this by scheduling a task to disable and reenable it weekly and we haven't missed any calendar entries for many months now. I shouldn't have to do this, but oh well. But, the recent issue now is everything syncs except project tasks and disabling and reinstalling doesn't fix it. Only project tasks are affected and this is very annoying since we use project heavily across multiple teams. Changes, Tickets and CAB Meeting still show up, but just not project tasks. Ticket is open, hopefully they get it working again.

Unusable if we cannot count on planned change tickets being in our Outlook calendar.
Too often you have to reconnect with o365 and if you want missing items to appear in your agenda, you have to make a change for each ticket so that it will appear in your agenda.
