1. API Key (https://support.freshservice.com/en/support/solutions/articles/50000000306-where-do-i-find-my-api-key) 2. Name of the domain 3. Select the groups. 4. Add an email that has been configured in the domain 5. When triggering the app, add the allowed groups that will receive the ticket and ensure that the agent creating the ticket is a member of the selected group. Once this is added, the requester will receive an email, and the added Cc recipients will also be notified.
