Paragon users can start by going to useparagon.com and registering for an account. There we allow our users to explore our workflow builder and explore the different services we provide integrations for, Freshdesk being one of them. With a Freshdesk workflow setup in Paragon, our customer will be able to test the integration by connecting their sandbox Freshdesk instance to our Preview OAuth portal. This process simulates what our customer's users will see when the integration is deployed.
