Features - Field Synchronization: Automatically sync fields such as Priority, Status, or custom fields between parent and child tickets. - Customizable Settings: Choose which fields to sync to fit your business needs. - Error-Free Updates: Automates field updates to eliminate manual errors. Notes If the Status field is synchronized and updated in the parent ticket, all child tickets will reflect the same status. Wait for the success notification before navigating away or performing other actions to ensure the updates are complete. Use Cases - Priority Updates: When the priority of a parent ticket is updated, the child tickets automatically inherit the same priority. - Status Synchronization: Keep child ticket statuses aligned with their parent ticket for seamless workflow management. - Custom Field Consistency: Sync custom fields like "Billing Code" or "Issue Type" to ensure accurate data across related tickets.
