Introducing the Parent-Child-Grandchild App! With this app, agents can easily create child tickets from the ticket sidebar and establish new parent-child associations by linking an existing ticket to the current one. In addition, agents can quickly check all the children of a ticket and view the immediate parent of a ticket from the ticket view. They can also navigate to any ticket by clicking on the ticket shown in the association. To make ticket management even more convenient, agents can filter tickets by "No Association," "Parent," or "Child." And if needed, the admin can toggle an option to prevent the resolution or closure of a ticket if a child ticket remains open. Furthermore, any public notes added to a child ticket are automatically passed on to the immediate parent ticket. And with the toggle button on/off, all the attachments, conversations, and notes from the parent ticket are replicated in the child ticket upon creation.

Here are the instructions for installing the app: 1. Click on the "install" button next to the app name. 2. Next, you will need to configure the app by following these steps: 3. Enter your Freshdesk domain name and API key on the configuration tab. 4. Click on the "validate" button to ensure that the details entered are correct. 5. Use the toggle button to enable or disable the feature that prevents a parent ticket from being closed or resolved if any child tickets are still open. 6. Click on the "Install/Save" button to install the app. If the installation is successful, you will see a message that says "App installed successfully."
