Prerequisites: 1) You will need your Account Admin’s API Key. See (copy and paste on your browser): https://support.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/215517 2) You will need your Freshdesk URL: “subdomain.freshdesk.com” To install the app: Install the app. The app settings page appears. In the Domain Name field, enter your Freshdesk URL. In the API Key field, enter your Account Admin’s API key. Configure the settings of your choice.
