This connector is available only for pro and enterprise accounts on Freshservice.
The integration between Freshservice and Paylocity allows enterprise service teams to automate service delivery across the organization. The integration allows HR teams to automate critical employee workflows and seamless data sync on Freshservice based on details from Paylocity.

Here is a quick step-by-step flow on how to successfully integrate & use these two apps
1. Start Installation
* Click the "Install" button to open the App configuration page.
2. Validate Freshservice Credentials
* The first tab on the configuration page is for validating Freshservice credentials.
* Add the domain URL and API key to validate and proceed.
3. Configure Paylocity Settings
* Once the Freshservice connection is successful, the next step is Paylocity configuration.
* Enter your Client ID, Client Secret, Company ID, and Environment to connect your Paylocity account
4. Complete Installation
* Once the details are validated in both tabs, click the "Install" button to complete the installation.
