After installing the PDF Preview from the Freshdesk app marketplace a configuration screen will appear. This is needed in order for the app to be able to display the list of attachments associated with your tickets. Once the credential setup is completed the app will be visible in the sidebar of your tickets - the name is PDF PREVIEW. Open a ticket with PDF attachments and start viewing PDF documents without the need to download the files. ✨
