The Pipelinedeals app allows you to view the complete information of a caller. If no contact is found in Pipelindeals CRM, agents can simply create one with a single click. Once the app is installed, agents can perform the following tasks: 1. Access the contacts, status, and recent activities of the caller present in Pipelinedeals CRM. Plus view deals associated with a contact. 2. Create a new contact or lead in Pipelinedeals CRM based on the contact's information from Freshcaller. 3. Add an appointment for the contact or lead in Pipelinedeals CRM within Freshcaller itself.

To find the API key: Go to the Pipelinedeals CRM website using the link provided in the installation page > Select Account Settings from the top right drop down menu > Select Pipelinedeals API from the left menu > Enter user Email Id and enable API access. To install the Pipelinedeals app: 1. Once the Install button is clicked, you will be redirected to a custom installation page, where you will have to authenticate yourself with your Pipelinedeals CRM account. 2.If the authentication is successful, you can install the app by clicking the Validate button in the form.
