1) Copy your Freshdesk domain and place it in the "Freshdesk Domain Name" field in App settings 2) Copy your Agent API Key (click on Profile picture > Profile Settings >View API Key) and place it in the "Agent API Key" field in App settings 3) Click on "Validate" button to validate credentials. 4) Load default template or create own template via template editor. Refer to the manual (https://github.com/MorfDev/freshdesk-print-ticket/blob/main/README.md) will help you to create/update template
