The Productboard Integration for Freshdesk allows for Freshdesk users to push tickets into Productboard as notes. This allows support agents to push relevant ticket information to Productboard, providing their product team with insights into customer feedback and requests. The following ticket fields map from Freshdesk to Productboard: - Ticket Subject > Note Title - Ticket Summary > Note Content (Optional) - Ticket Content + Conversation > Note Content - Ticket Contact > Note User - Ticket Submitter > Note Follower - Ticket Tags > Note Tags (Optional) - Ticket Link > Note Title Link How It Works: Real-time Rendering: Whenever a Freshdesk ticket is accessed, the app renders any associated Productboard notes. Pushing Ticket Data: Support agents have the option to compose summaries or additional notes within the app and push them to Productboard. The app automatically formats and sends the ticket information to Productboard. Requirements: - Freshdesk account to create an API key. - Productboard admin account to create an API token. Support: For any assistance or inquiries regarding the app's functionality or troubleshooting, please reach out to our support team at support@productboard.com. Limitations: - If a ticket has already been pushed and you need to send new responses to Productboard, a new note (duplicate) will be created.
