This app is developed to support HIPAA compliance by protecting sensitive information in Freshdesk tickets. When a ticket is created, or a note is added, the app automatically masks sensitive data such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, phone numbers, emails, dates, URLs, and IP addresses with asterisks (*). Key Details: When Masking Occurs: Data is masked only during ticket or note creation. It does not apply to edits made to ticket descriptions/subjects or notes.
