If a public note is created, from an agent. This app converts the note to a private note.
However, if a public note is created from an contacts/customer, the note stays public.
The app will also convert the attachment from the public note to the newly created private note.

User Id is removed when creating notes.
It is not possible to post notes on behalf of another admin/account admin with one admin’s API key. It will return a 403 error in those events and the private note will not be created.
Do note that the Api Key that installs the app will have the name attached to the private note.
