QuickStats is a global sidebar app. You can access it from any page within Freshdesk from the sidebar. Organization Stats: This section provides an overview of the entire company's ticket statistics for the last X hours. It shows the count of open, closed, resolved, pending, and unassigned tickets. It also displays the name of the agent who closed the maximum number of tickets in the selected time frame. Personal Stats: This section provides an overview of the logged-in user's ticket statistics for the last X hours. It shows the count of open, closed, resolved, and pending tickets. Group Stats: This section provides an option to select a group and an overview of the selected group's ticket statistics for the last X hours. It shows the count of open, closed, resolved, and pending tickets. Selecting timeframe: You can select the time frame (X hours) from a dropdown at the top of the app. After selecting the new time frame, the stats gets updated. Alternatively, you can also press the refresh button to refresh the stats
