We’ve been using Read Receipts for Freshdesk for over a month and are very pleased with its functionality. This app allows us to track exactly when a support ticket is read by the customer, which helps us provide proactive follow-ups and improve overall customer satisfaction. It has positively impacted our NPS and is a fantastic tool for tracking proactive outreach, such as reminders for subscription renewals.
The app had some unfavorable reviews in the past, but under the new ownership, things have improved. We found the onboarding instructions and documentation to be lacking, but the prompt support more than made up for it. We’re very happy with the product now and would recommend it to any team focused on delivering a great support experience.

Doesn't work. Very frustrating to be asked to update the API on almost every day. The billing targets for the accounts were also incorrect and I was mistakenly billed for a few extra months. The support guy is also not very smart and not very helpful.
