The integration of ReturnLogic with Freshchat empowers agents by enabling them to: 1. Access Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) directly from the Freshchat inbox. 2. View the products included in an RMA. 3. Access customer information, view a breakdown of charges, and track shipping information within an RMA.

Step 1: Obtain Your Private API Key from ReturnLogic 1. Log In to Your ReturnLogic Account 2. Once logged in, look for the hamburger icon (three horizontal lines) located at the top right corner of the page and click on it to open the main menu. 3. In the main menu, find and select the "Settings" option. 4. Within the Settings page, look for the "Applications" section and click on it. 5. Find the "Private" tab under the Applications section and click on it. Here, you will have the option to add a new private application. Click on "Add Private Application." 6. Copy and save the API key generated in this step. Step 2: Configure the ReturnLogic App in Freshchat 1. Look for the API key field on the settings page of the ReturnLogic app. Paste the API key you generated and saved from Step 1 into this field. 2. After entering the API key, click Save.
