The integration between Freshservice and SAP SuccessFactors allows enterprise service teams to automate service delivery across the organization. The integration allows HR teams to automate critical employee workflows and enable seamless data sync between their HR system and Freshservice.

Here is a quick step-by-step flow on how to successfully integrate & use these two apps
1. Start Installation
* Click the "Install" button to open the App configuration page.
2. Validate Freshservice Credentials
* The first tab on the configuration page is for validating Freshservice credentials.
* Add the domain URL and API key to validate and proceed.
3. Configure SAP SuccessFactors Settings
* Once the Freshservice connection is successful, the next step is to configure SAP SuccessFactors.
* Enter your Username, password, Company ID, and Subdomain to connect your SAP SuccessFactors account.
4. Complete Installation
* Once the details are validated in both tabs, click the "Install" button to complete the installation.
