The Schedule Reply app enables agents to schedule the replies to be sent at a later time, to
better manage your workflow and your customers’ expectations efficiently.This app provides a window for the agents to schedule their replies and send them at a stipulated time. This feature intends to better manage the workflow of a firm while also taking the customer relations into concern.
When you have to respond to the customer but it’s not the best time to send it quite yet, you can schedule it accordingly. Select a date and time in the future and rest assured, your reply will be sent whether you are at your desk or on the go.
The app also allows the agents to view, edit, and manage their scheduled replies any time before they are sent. They can edit, reschedule, send or delete the scheduled replies based on their convenience.

Doesn't work: Installed. Didn't see it on a ticket's sidebar. Deleted CC&H, logged back in, still didn't see it. Logged out, back in again, still didn't see it. Tried another browser and still didn't see it. Deleted app integration for non-working.
