Screendesk has helped handle a larger amount of tickets by decreasing the average number of replies per ticket but also provided a better support experience to our customers.
1. Admin installs app.
2. Add API token & Freshdesk domain.
3. Get API token in Profile Settings.
4. Get Freshdesk domain from URL.
5. Connect app to Screendesk account from sidebar.
6. Refresh page to use Screendesk.
