Prevention of Mis-sending: The app prompts a check of the email content and recipient before sending. This minimizes the risk of accidentally sending important information to unintended recipients. 2 . Please follow the steps below during installation: 1. Obtain your Freshdesk API Key and enter it in the API Key field. 2. Verify your Freshdesk URL and enter the domain name. 3. If you want to track the time of email checks in the analytics report, enable the checkbox. Note: Customization of analytics reports is available only for Pro and Enterprise plans, so this feature applies only to those plans. 4.Specify the group(s) for email tracking. If you want to track emails for all groups, select all checkboxes. 5.After entering or selecting the required information, click the Install button to complete the setup.
