1. View all the latest orders of the customers along with their shipment status right next to the chat inbox
2. View more information related to an order such as the order date, shipping address, the tracking number of the shipment, etc.
3. Search for an order using the order id, in case you are not able to locate the order
4. Escalate and get additional help to answer a customer query by creating a private thread with your teammate

1. Search for the ShipStation app in Marketplace for CRM and click install
2. Enter the ShipStation API key, ShipStation API secret, Freshchat domain id, and Freshchat API key and click Authenticate
