1. Create your free Simplesat account at https://app.simplesat.io/signup/ 2. Create a new Freshdesk survey. 3. Customize your survey, copy the code. 4. In Freshdesk, go to the Email Notifications section. 5. Choose the Agent Solves the Ticket option in the Requester Notifications tab. 6. Paste the survey you copied to the bottom of the message. Click Save and you're ready to start collecting feedback!
