1. Install the Six Agent from the MarketPlace 2. Configure your Freshdesk Sub-Domain. (https://yourDomain.freshdesk.com) 3. Add your Freshdesk API Key by clicking on the Profile Settings and copying the key from the top right hand corner of the screen. Then paste it into the app settings. 4. If you are the administrator, you will need to follow the setup instructions at https://skyboxcommunications.com/freshdesk-docs/freshdesk-install/
