Get to know whether your ticket replies and conversations were read by requester(s). With Smart Read Receipts, you can:
- Identify if a reply/conversation was read.
- Find out the time it took before the reply email was viewed.
- Reply text and a link to it in the read receipt.
Overall, the app functions well, though there was a period when it was down for about a month. We attempted to reach support via readreceipts.help@gmail.com without success. Could you provide an alternative way to contact your team?
