Gain deeper insights into your leads and contacts by integrating your Stripe payment data with the Freshsales Suite. With this app, you can examine all ongoing active and canceled subscriptions from Stripe within chat. The app allows agents to view active subscriptions, cancel subscriptions, and reactivate canceled subscriptions enclosed by Stripe for customers. This functionality is accessible within conversation chat through the sidebar app that is loaded on the chat detail page.

1. Click on the Install button against the App name. 2. Enter the Stripe API key. 3. Enter the Freshsales Domain and the API Key. 4. Click on Verify. Once the verification is done you will get the success message. 5. Click the ‘Save’ button after verification is done to install the app.
