SuperReceptionist is hosted virtually over cloud thereby eliminating the need for businesses to procure, maintain servers etc. On integrating SuperReceptionist connector within Freshdesk businesses gain access to functionalities like:
- Route incoming calls from customers to respective agents
- Make outbound calls to customers
- Take notes/dispositions while on call
- Create or Link tickets with phone numbers
- Track all incoming & outgoing calls via CDR and access to call recording
- Agent Status updation (where users can mark themselves as Available, Go on Break or Log Out as well)
