Rather useless app, as when a user clicks the quick support link that's sent to them, they're taken to a site to choose between the opening an existing team viewer install or downloading a one-time shortcut. You cannot set it to default to the quick support option for staff. It also relies on them downloading and running the shortcut and then accept the ELUA. Once done, the agent can then click the link in the Team Viewer app in Fresh Service to open the support request in their version of installed Team viewer, but it will open it in a non-admin session. This means the level of support you can offer using the Team Viewer app in Freshservice is very limited.
It's better to just deploy the Quick Support shortcut straight to your users desktops and in Freshservice create a canned response asking users to open the shortcut on their desktop, that way there's no confusion. From there you can open your TeamViewer and accept the session and use the Use Windows auth option to use your admin

When clicking the link to open the support agent side, if Teamviewer is not already running, when it opens Teamviewer it will tell me that I am using it for commercial use on a free licence and will terminate the session after 5 minutes, even though I have a commercial account logged in. If Teamviewer is already running when I click the link, this issue doesn't occur. Not sure why this issue is caused, but it makes the app lose about 50% of its effectiveness considering a bit point of getting it is to save time.
