To install TeamViewer app 1) Log in to your Freshchat portal and head over to the Freshchat product gallery using link https://web.freshchat.com/a/<your_account_number>/apps 2) Select ‘All’ in Browse by category and search ‘TEAMVIEWER’ app. 3) Once you choose Teamviewer, you will be redirected to the install page for the app. Click Install. 4) Now, you can view your ‘TEAMVIEWER’ widget in Freshchat inbox. 5) Click on ‘Authorize’ button and enter your Teamviewer login credentials. 6) Click on ‘Generate new session’ to generate and copy meeting URL in the chat widow. 7) To generate a new session link in the same chat, remove existing session link and click on ‘Regenerate new session’.
