● Agent should enter the Freshdesk API key and domain name for validation. ● On successful validation the next tab will be prompted to test the external product validation. ● The user can select the Authentication method and can enter their token/api key in the respective fields. ● To have all the data delivered to the endpoint, the end URL information must be entered into the destination URL field. ● The user can test their connection by entering their body data in the sample test data field and on clicking the test connection button. ● On successful connection, the next tab will be displayed where the Freshdesk product events will be listed (ticket create/update, contact create/update and company create/update) and the user can select the events to send the respective event data. ● The user can customize the data to be sent to their endpoint, by entering the key manually and selecting the ticket,contact and company fields which will be mapped as value for the respective key. ● On clicking the save mappings button, the field mapping body data will be stored in the database. ● On clicking the install button, the application will be installed successfully.
