Ticket GPT helps support agents to auto summarise the ticket conversations and add them as a private note, analyse sentiment to display customer sentiment emojis, auto-generate customer responses using AI.
Log in using your OpenAI account to generate an API key at https://platform.openai.com/playground.
(You'll need to sign up using your organization's name and set up a USD 10 billing for a better experience).
OpenAI Model - We recommend using the GPT-3.5 model. If your ticket conversation spans across thousands of words, consider selecting models with 16K/32K context. Larger models can analyze more content, but please keep in mind that pricing for larger contexts can be slightly higher.
