As a support agent, resolving tickets can be a complex process that requires multiple steps and actions.
Ticket Assistant is a tool that helps agents perform these tasks more efficiently and accurately. With Ticket Assistant,
you can create Tasks/ToDo items with a set of conditions that will be displayed to agents if the conditions match the ticket parameters.
The combination of conditions is supported for almost all ticket fields, including custom ones.
Main features:
1) Creating Tasks/ToDo items with a set of conditions.
2) Combination of conditions.
3) Set mandatory and optional tasks. The ticket cannot be updated until the required task is completed
4) Hints on tasks. You can add a description of the task within 1000 character limit, that will help close it.
5) Search by task name
6) History of tasks. Closed tasks are saved and will be displayed even if they do not meet the conditions
Important: Freshdesk has a memory limit for settings. Because of this, a limit has been introduced on task tips (1000 characters).
At the moment, the application can store about 80 tasks with fully completed hints. If you need
to expand this limit, contact MorfDev support, we will come up with a solution to expand the limit.
1) After installing the app from the marketplace, copy your Freshdesk domain and Agent API Key and enter the values in the Configuration > Settings page. Click on "Validate" button.
2) When credentials are validated, configure the tasks.
