Advanced SMS Alerts allows you to send SMS alerts to your customers or team members when automation rules are satisfied. You can automatically send your customers timely updates about their tickets whenever they meet certain criteria. Use preset actions in your automations to ➡ Send an SMS using Twilio, MessageBird or ClickSend ➡ Send a reply on the ticket ➡ Add a tag to the ticket ➡ Set ticket priority And much more... What's more? You can configure your own actions. Using HTTP Request you can call any URL with a custom payload. Use placeholders like Contact Name, Contact Email, Ticket ID, Ticket Subject, etc. in your actions. Here are some use-cases: ➡ Send an SMS to the customer when a ticket is created or resolved ➡ Send a reply via email AND send an SMS when the status of the ticket changes ➡ Send a WhatsApp proactive message to the customer when a ticket is resolved ➡ Add a row to a Google Sheet when a ticket is created ➡ Send a message on a Slack channel when a ticket is created And much, much more...

Login in to your Freshdesk account 2. Click on your profile picture on the top right and select 'Profile Settings' 3. In the sidebar on the right, you will find the API Key 4.
