Outbound Messaging: Easily dispatch SMS/MMS messages using the Outbound initiator, and they will be automatically logged as tickets. Inbound Messaging: Receive SMS/MMS messages from any phone number directly within Freshdesk messaging. Message History: All incoming and outgoing messages are automatically cataloged under their corresponding tickets for easy reference. Bulk Messaging: Effortlessly transmit personalized bulk messages with just a few clicks.
1. Enter your Twilio Account SID. 2. Enter your Twilio Auth Token. 3. Click Save. 4. Enter your Freshdesk domain i.e oappsxyz.freshdesk.com - 1. Do not include HTTP or HTTPS 2. Do not provide some other domain that is not related to yours. 5. Enter your Freshdesk API Key. 1. Login into your Freshdesk account. 2. Click profile settings. 3. The Freshdesk API key is displayed on the right side. 6. Click Save 7. Click Add Phone 1. Enter a phone name, for example US Support, Sales, etc 2. Select the number. 3. Click the Add button. 8. Repeat the above process if you add multiple numbers. 9. Click the Install button at the bottom to complete the Twilio configuration.
