1. Enter the Freshsales suite URL (e.g., xyz.myfreshworks.com). 2. Enter the Freshsales API key generated in the first step. Reference link: API Key Generation Guide (https://support.freshsales.io/support/solutions/articles/220099-how-to-find-my-api-key-) 3. Click on the "Validate" button. If the validation is successful, proceed to the next tab to set up the ValueFirst account. 4. In the "Account Registration" tab, click on the "+New Account" button. A pop-up will appear. Enter the following details for the ValueFirst account: a. DLT Entity ID (Optional). b. Username (Required). c. Password (Required). d. Content Type (Required). 5. After entering the details, click on the "Submit" button. 6. Once the account is registered, you can remove or edit the settings by clicking on the "Remove" or "Edit" button. 7. In the "Mapping Sender ID" tab, click on the "+New Sender ID" button. A pop-up will appear. Enter the following details for the ValueFirst account: a. User ID (Required). b. Sender ID (Required). 8. After entering the details, click on the "Submit" button. 9. Once the Sender ID is mapped, you can remove or edit the settings by clicking on the "Remove" or "Edit" button. 10. In the "Template Registration" tab, click on the "+Single Upload" button. A pop-up will appear. Enter the following details for the ValueFirst account: a. DLT Template ID (Optional). b. Template Name (Required). c. Status (Required). d. Content Type (Required). e. Template Text (Required). 11. After entering the details, click on the "Submit" button. 12. In the "Template Registration" tab, click on the "+Bulk Upload" button. A pop-up will appear. Upload the templates in an excel sheet. The format is given in the provided example. 13. Once the Template is registered, you can remove or edit the settings by clicking on the "Remove" or "Edit" button. 14. In the "Workflow Automation" tab, click on the "+New Rule" button. A pop-up will appear. Enter the following details to trigger SMS messages to customers: a. Event (Required). b. Template (Required). 15. If the selected template has any variables, you can select values from the "Placeholder" dropdown and click on "Add". The placeholder will be added to the variable. If you want to remove it, click on the "Reset" button. 16. On selecting the template, the following details will be auto-populated based on the selected template: a. DLT Template ID. b. Sender ID. c. User ID. d. Template Text. 17. After entering the details, click on the "Submit" button. 18. Once the Workflow Rule is created, you can remove or edit the settings by clicking on the "Remove" or "Edit" button. 19. Once the setup is complete, click on the "Install" or "Save" button.
