The WooCommerce Connector for Freshdesk will allow you to connect your WooCommerce store and display customer information on the Freshdesk side.
This will help to search better, verify information, and provide more effective support.
The application, by default, uses the ticket requester email for searching and looks for information on the WooCommerce store. The information found is divided into detailed data about the customer and all orders associated with this customer. In addition, the application can connect several WooCommerce stores at the same time and display information for each store. You can sync your stores with a Freshdesk account, get updates for contacts, and create ticket notifications for new customers/orders.
Main features of the application:
1) Providing information about the customer and orders directly on the ticket page.
2) Ability to connect multiple stores at the same time and search across all stores.
3) Additional search by email or order number. Used if the customer is not found by ticket requester email or if you want to find data by other email/order.
4) Filtering orders. Helps to find the right order if there are too many of them.
5) Links to the customer, order and product pages on your WooCommerce admin panel (you should be authenticated).
6) Webhooks support: Freshdesk can get data about new customers and orders and create/update contacts or create tickets for new contact/order.
7) Full and Partial Refunds/Cancel orders. Edit the Shipping Address of orders.

This problem is reproduced only for your account on current time and related to Freshworks side. The ticket to Freshworks support is created. You will got all news about this problem
1) Generate new API Key for the application (WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > REST API> Add key). It is recommended that only read access is used for this key. If you need a webhook feature, set 'Read/Write' access for the key.
2) Copy Consumer key and Consumer secret and place them on the same fields in App settings
3) Copy your WooCommerce url and place it on "Base Url" field in App settings.
4) Copy your Agent API Key (click on Profile picture > Profile Settings >View API Key) and place it in "Agent API Key" in App settings
