Admins on Freshchat can Install and configure the ZIWO plugin.
1. Click on Settings from the left panel, Navigate to Marketplace apps.
2. Search for ZIWO Cloud Contact Center.
3. Click on Install, which will take you to the configuration page.
4. Provide your Freshchat Domain and API Key. You will find the same under Settings->Admin Settings->API->APIs for Chat.
5. Provide your CRM API Key and hit Install. You will find the same under Settings->API Settings->Your API Key.
6. Validate the credentials and click Save. This will install the ZIWO plugin.
7. You can now login to your ZIWO account and Simply Talk to your Clients!
