1. Navigate to the configuration page of the app on the marketplace.
2. Click the install button to initiate the installation process.
3. Click on the Zoom app, and you’ll be directed to a sign-in page where you need to enter your Zoom email address and password. Once entered, proceed to sign in.
4. After signing in, you'll see your profile page in the Zoom app. If you want to complete the app installation, make sure you've entered your Zoom credentials. Once done, you can close the profile page.
5. Next, click the "Install" button. You’ll be redirected to the Zoom authorization page where you should click the "Allow" button to grant the necessary permissions.
6. Enter the valid Freshdesk valid Domain, API key, then click the validation button to confirm.
7. Once validation is complete, click the install button.
Zoom Workspace:
If your Zoom phone number doesn’t have any device, Installing the Zoom Workspace app on your devices will enable to handle inbound and outbound calls directly through our Freshdesk accounts.
