The ZoomInfo Sales App now has a new feature: the Search Employees option. This feature is accessible through a dedicated "Employees" tab, where you can conveniently browse and locate employees in an organization. With robust search and filter options, finding the right employee has never been easier. The tab provides a comprehensive view of employee details, including job title, phone number, mobile number, and email address. This enhancement ensures that you have quick and easy access to essential employee information.
1. Go to Admin settings >> Apps >> ZoomInfo Sales.
2. Click the "Install" button.
3. Enter your ZoomInfo username/email, Client ID, and ZoomInfo Sales API key.
(To obtain the Client ID and API key: Login to ZoomInfo account with Admin credentials, Click "Admin" and go to "API Settings.", Choose "Generate New Key.", Note the Client ID and Private Key.)
4. Click the "Save and connect" button. This will redirect you to the "Settings" page.
5. Enter necessary details in the ZoomInfo settings tab.
6. Go to the Contact field mapping tab and do the necessary field mapping for all required fields.
7. Go to the Account field mapping tab and do the necessary field mapping for all required fields.
8. Click the "Install/Save" button.
9. The app will be installed and will show the success message once the app is successfully installed
