AFFILIATE PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS FOR SHOPIFY

Effective Date: March 2, 2023

These Supplemental Terms apply to all Affiliate Partners who market and refer Freshworks' Products with Shopify Integration enabled, to prospective customers. These Supplemental Terms are in addition to and form a part of the Affiliate Partner Agreement available at https://www.freshworks.com/company/affiliate-partner-agency/terms-and-conditions/ (“Agreement”).

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, Freshworks reserves the right to update/revise/discard the Supplemental Terms, at its sole discretion, from time to time.

1. Qualified Referrals - 
Affiliate Partner shall be eligible to receive a referral commission if the Affiliate Partner submits a referral through the referral URL provided by Freshworks for the same (“Referral Link”) and which meets the requirements set forth under the Agreement (“Qualified Referral”).

In the event, a referral has signed up through Shopify Marketplace instead of the referral URL provided by Freshworks, Affiliate Partner shall notify Freshworks immediately within 1 day of referral signing up by sending an email at affiliates@freshworks.com. Referrals signing up through Shopify Marketplace shall be considered a Qualified Referral only once verified by Freshworks and meets the requirement as set forth in this Supplemental Terms read with the Agreement. 

Freshworks shall, at its sole discretion, decide whether a referral constitutes a Qualified Referral

For abundant clarity, a referral submitted by Affiliate Partner through any other mode of communication, including without limitation, via a phone call or an e-mail (except as allowed hereunder) including self-referrals shall not be considered Qualified Referrals. 
 

2. Commission -  Upon a Qualified Referral becoming a Customer of Freshworks with Shopify Integration enabled, the Affiliate Partner shall be eligible to a recurring commission of 20% of the monthly recurring revenue on invoice amounts realized by Freshworks from the Customer. In the event, a Qualified Referral does not enable Shopify Integration, the Affiliate Partner shall be eligible for a recurring commission of 15% of the monthly recurring revenue on invoice amounts realized by Freshworks from the Customer. 

3. Definitions -

“Shopify” shall mean Shopify Inc. and/or  Shopify Commerce Singapore Pte. Ltd. with its affiliates, as applicable.

 

“Shopify Integration” the product integration facilitated by the Shopify for Freshmarketer App available from within the Shopify Marketplace. 


“Shopify Marketplace” shall mean the app store provided by Shopify at https://apps.shopify.com/.
